As of this past weekend's race (at Mid-Ohio), Dutchman Robert Doornbos is no longer driving for Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing. The IndyCar rookie will finish out his season in the #33 car over at the HVM squad; the same outfit which he drove for - in it's former CCWS incarnation - back in 2007.

Doornbos' contract will last for the next two seasons.

His former seat at NHL will be filled by Spainard Oriol Servia (pictured above), who has several years of CCWS experince & drove for KVRT last year. His only prior drive this year was for Rahal-Letterman Racing, in their "one-off" appearance at Indianapolis. There is no word as of yet regarding the length of Servia's commitment to NHL.
