Mercedes management structure reshuffle (Nico interview)

Mercedes long-time motorsport chief Norbert Haug left in December, with Toto Wolff taking his place last month. There was also rumours of Ross Brawn status change in the team structure. Also Niki Laudas influence during last few months have been shaking the ground under MercedesAMG F1 team. Ross answered to rumours with strong statements that he is still the Boss. Drivers have been positive after last 2 strong days of Jerez testing and Nico said in the interview: "This season shouldn't be affected much at all, not initially anyway because the main people in charge of building this car haven't changed," said Rosberg. "Going forward, looking at the big decisions for next year and things like that, there are some big changes coming in," Rosberg said.
"And that's where these management changes will have effect, it's more long term.
"That is a good thing, because short term we need stability and long term, to become an even better racing team.
"I think change, to some extent, has been a good thing, and will be a good thing going forward."

Daimler shareholders are again demanding F1 withdrawal:

DWS and Union have together only 5% of shares of Daimler so that's maybe the brightside but still they need to get in some good results ASAP! 'Cause if the other shareholders start to follow DWS and Union's opinion, the withdrawal will be there sooner than we think...
For the moment they (the other shareholders) are in for the long haul (so they claim: read) but if merc doesn't start succeeding soon, mindchanges will happen quickly if you ask me...

Shareholders ellect the board and if the key opponents can persuade enough shareholders to vote against the board possibly replacing members, or convincing the board to pull out of F1 or effectively be sacked, then it could still happen.
I guess it all hinges on our success or lack of success this season.
