Honda distance themselves from shamed Max Mosley

The continuing saga regarding Max Mosley, and his recent behaviour as revealed by the News of the World newspaper, has taken a new turn today, with a number of Formula One manufacturers, including Mercedes, BMW, Toyota and Honda, distancing themselves from the FIA President.
Honda Racing F1 today released a statement, the full text of which reads:
"It is necessary that senior figures in sport and business maintain the highest standards of conduct in order to fulfil their duties with integrity and respect.
"The Honda Racing F1 Team is extremely disappointed by recent events surrounding Mr Mosley and we are concerned that the reputation of Formula One and all its participants is being damaged. We request that the FIA gives this matter careful consideration and reaches an immediate decision in the best interests of F1 and Motorsport."
Mosley was filmed engaged in unusual sexual acts with five prostitutes last week, a fact which the sports governer does not dispute. The newspaper implied that there were Nazi undertones to the acts, something Mosley denies vigourously. The FIA boss is currently taking legal action against the paper.
Following the revelations, Mosley was requested not to attend the Bahrain Grand Prix by Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince of Bahrain.

I was arguing just your point on the old thread only yesterday, but now pretty much going out and accusing BMW/Mercedes to be @#$%& is something that the president of the FIA just can't do.
I'm not denying that those companies had @#$%& links (they did), nor that they are acting on this whole thing because of just that history and the Jewish outcry about the concentration camp part of his "hobby". It's just that you don't get to stay on after calling two of your major members @#$%& in public.
