Hungary: It's raining in Budapest

The Hungaroring looks set to have its first ever wet Grand Prix, with steady rain coming down just 30 minutes before the race start.

The first wet race of the year, the damp track looks likely to dry out as the race continues, leading many drivers to choose intermediate tyres. However, the weather is very changeable, with showers arriving without warning throughout the day.

The rain and cloud cover has also dropped temperatures further, taking the tyres even further out of their operating range than the already unusually cool temperatures had.

With the main title challengers back in 11th and 15th, and Jenson Button between them in 14th, this could be an exciting race, which would make a welcome change for Hungary.
