The final practice session for the 2019 German GP would see the ROKiT Williams Team have a session that saw their drivers finish last in the times with Robert Kubica finishing ahead of George Russell. But the session would see George finish early after the team found an issue with a damaged floor that would stop him from compelting more than one run.  For Robert his best time would see him finish 1.7s behind the enxt closest car. The issues for the Williams team seem to continue despite the efforts from all at the Williams team.
