OPR: Ferrari increase board of directors

The Ferrari S.p.A shareholders Board met in Maranello yesterday, to increase the numbers on the Board of Directors from 7 to 11 members.

Presided over by Luca di Montezemolo, the Board confirmed the existing structure made up of Vice-President, Piero Ferrari, Carlo Gatto, Francesco Paolo Mattioli, Marco Piccinini, Sergio Pininfarina and Jean Todt. The new members appointed are; Gabriele Galateri, Alessandro Barberis, Diego Della Valle and Romano Minozzi.
