Non-Ferrari fans are praying for 2004 to arrive as that is D-Day for Ferrari as most are concerned. Major contracts a plenty are up for renewal in 2004 including Michael Schumacher, Ross Brawn, Jean Todt, Rory Byrne and Rubens Barrichello. Many feel that this will signify the end of the current backbone to the team but one major member of that backbone is Ross Brawn who hints that 2004 is not his date for leaving the Scuderia.

"I am very happy at Ferrari," said Brawn, "My current contract runs until the end of 2004, but I don't see why that should prevent me from continuing beyond that date. I can honestly say that I am the happiest I have been in my career."
