Jordan deny talking to Jos

Site visitor Marcok asked if the rumours circulating in the Dutch Press about Jos Verstappen and Jordan were true. Helen Temple PR Manager at Jordan in a site exclusive confirmed that Jos has not visited Jordan. She also confirmed the length of Takuma Sato's contract with the Team.

"Jos Verstappen did not visit our factory and there is no truth whatsoever in the rumours being perpetuated by the Dutch media about him coming to Jordan." Said Helen, adding that "Takuma is on a 2 year deal with an option on our side for a further 2 years, and Giancarlo has a three year contract with Jordan."

In view of Takuma's and the teams continuing improvement, this site sees little future for Jos Verstappen and his hopes for a F1 drive with the team. this year or even as far ahead as 2005.  Sorry Boss.
