Is Ralph in Jerez with Jordan?

According to his official website, Ralph Firman has been invited to this weeks Jerez test session, to test alongside the man who could be his team mate at Jordan in 2004, Nick Heidfeld.

Ralph's position in the team is looking decidedly shaky but he made excellent progress during last season and was able to compete with Giancarlo Fisichella, out qualifying him by the end of the season.  Ralph hasn't yet been confirmed as the teams second driver despite still being contracted to the team.

"Nick has an impressive record and has worked with McLaren, Prost and Sauber, so he has a wealth of experience." said Ralph. "I’m sure he will bring a great deal to the team if his deal goes ahead."

"I am looking forward to working with him at the test at Jerez this week and, providing everything works out with our respective deals, at Grand Prix in 2004. The battle for race drives in Formula One has never been tougher, but I am determined to do everything I can to help the team and earn my place in the line up next season."
