Giancarlo Fisichella has continued to fly at testing in Valencia. The team are catching up on the time and the work that the various mishaps in Barcelona cost the team last week. The team ended the day in 7th place with a time matching their best from Tuesday at 1m11.70seconds.

"It's been a very good three days," said Fisichella. "The car is just getting better and better. It reacts really well to set-up changes and I am particularly looking forward to tomorrow's wet weather test which is crucial due to the new regulations over tyres."

"We have been able to put more miles on the EJ13 and work through a fair amount today with positive results for everything, so we’re reasonably happy." said Gary Anderson.

The team focussed on engine mapping for Cosworth, general set-up, evaluating brake materials, gearbox work and Bridgestone’s tyre test programme.  Giancarlo and the team will work on the wet weather testing for Bridgestone tomorrow in a closed session.  The team will then return home and ready for a return to Valencia on 10th February 2003.  Hopefully by that time, there will be two EJ13's on the track.
