Ferrari fined $ 100,000

Ferrari have been fined $ 100,000 by FIA for alleged implementation of team orders during today's German GP.
There appeared to have been a coded message from Rob Smedley, Massa's manager on lap 47, after which the Brazilian looked to have slowed down to let Alonso lead the race.
After the race, the stewards summoned team boss Stefano Domenicali, team manager Massimo Rivola and both the drivers.
The stewards then deemed Ferrari breached article 39.1 of the FIA 2010 sporting regulations which states "team orders which interfere with a race result are prohibited".
FIA also found Ferrari guilty of breacing article 151c of FIA International Sporting Code, which relates to "any fraudulent conduct, or any act prejudicial to the interests of any competition or to the interests of motor sport generally".
The stewards have now referred the matter to the FIA World Motor Sport Council for further consideration.
