The need of justice!

Yesterday Jacques Villeneuve was penalized with the loss of 1 position due to an incident with Fisichella in qualy. Fisico complainded that JV ruined his lap. Although this can be true, i will explain you why in my opinion the italian driver and FIA have wrongly acted

Injustice has happened in this incident.

Ok that everyone saw in TV when Fisi was complaining inside the car about JV. In my opinion it wasnt that big the blocking, fisi was always quite far from JV's car in TV images, and didnt have enought speed to pass him, so his lap wasnt damaged that much. Villeneuve said that he noticed Giancarlo's car after turn 8, so nothing could be done to correct Fisi's lap. But this not the first time an incident like this happens in quali.
For example yesterday Christian Klien was slowed by a much slower Super Aguri of Sato, but he neither went to Sato's box or asked for a penalization. FIA did nothing. Why? Probably because they didnt care, or maybe because Klien wasn't a Renault driver.

Also in Imola a most incredible was the fact that Jarno Trulli complained of the same thing Fisichella is complaining last week but Michael Schumacher was not penalised,suspicious...

Even Giancarlo has a very short memory. Lets remember the Australian qualifying. In the 3rd session Fisichella was in front of Alonso going clearly slower and ruined a good grid position for the spaniard. Giancarlo didnt even looked at the rear mirrors, he only reacted (too late) when his engineer told him by radio to let Alonso pass. What did FIA? Nothing!. What did Alonso? He behaved as a gentleman and forgived Fisichella's mistake.

But ok, i can still understand that FIA decided to penalize Villeneuve with 1 spot penalty in the grid( although its still discriminatory).

What makes me feel evn more angry is the way the italian reacted after the quali. He went to Bmw's box and began to complain and insult the canadian!
That cannot be permited. He even said 'bastardo', which in italian obviously means bastard.
And it was with TV filming, so millions of spectators, many of them childen!
Did FIA penalize him? NO.

And to make this even more remarkable, after the Australian GP Scott Speed sweared at Coulthard( without TV showing it), and he got a 5.000$ fine.
So why Giancarlo didnt get the same treatement? I reclaim justice. Giancarlo should be fined!.

Im also tired of Fisico's excuses. He has a clear lack of pace compared to his team mate, but he always find an excuse to justify himself. In the last race he wasnt able to get to top10 quali, he has been crealy worse than Alonso in 2005, and seems to be on the same way this year. Which excuse will be next?

About Renault, Why i say this? Because im begining to suspect about the FIA-Renault connection, or better said the FIA-Briatore connection. Before it was only FIA-Ferrari, but now the french brand is begining to get into this group.

First: although Renault is a member of the GPMA, but it seems its trying to get out of it.Few months ago they secretly had a meeting with Cosworth, Ferrari and FIA in Maranello to talk about the engine freeze (and probably they all agreed with it.).
In fact it is believed that the initial idea of engine freeze was from Flavio.

After that, the media published that in a meeting this weekend of the GPMA with Ecclestone, where they talked about the commercial rights and the 2008 Concorde agreement, Briatore was the only member of the GPMA who accepted the 50% venue income, while the others manufaturers rejected( they want 60%).

And many other details reveal this Renault approach to FIA.

So little of suspicious things seem to happen here, dont they?

Justice is needed now.
