BMW has finally undestood their car problems! Solutions soon
By Autosport / The Offsider July 24 2009
As revelaed by Autosport, Mario Theissen claims the Team is now on top of the F1.09's problems
"We think we have understood (the problems), but it will take some
upgrades that cannot come immediately to prove that."
"We will have one step in Valencia and then the final and most
important one for Singapore. What we have brought here is a step in
between which has been added to the programme." said Theissen.
Also regarding the Hungary GP and the pace of the F1.09 he commented:
"I hope that we can stronger than before. We have had
severe problems to get the tyres to work in all conditions, but that
shouldn't be the case here so that should help us."
High temperatures, together with the help of the minor modifications brought, could finally make this GP not a nightmare for the BMW Sauber fan, unlike most of this season.
Good to hear something positive. The proof, however, will be in the pudding. If it's really true, then maybe all the 'analysing' will finally pay off...
I'm looking forward to 2010, not just because 2009 sucks, but I think the F1.10 will be well developed.
Let's sing gospel joyfuly. "praise the mario, he is our sheppard, he is going to lead us through darkness of 2009 valley... and we will know he is da man, when he lays his vengeance upon rest of the F1 grid...
yawn, sorry guys, but I need to see results. Anyone can make promises, but I prefer solid results. Thiessen is going from sucessful engineer to salesman.....he selling BS.
Today's quali results tells everything. I think you are right about Mario. I would be good sa.lesman

Yes, todays results are horrible! Even Force india is doing way better than BMW. Now thats a damn shame!
As much as I hate to say this I am a loyal BMW fan for 21 years and no matter how bad they do I will always be loyal. BMW has been part of my life (including work) for 21 years. I'll have to take the bad with the good.
popilirol a.k.a. rolren Can anyone explain more in details what does pudding mean and what influence it has on the car?
Dr. T's new secret weapon. The Valencia update will include some components fabricated from pudding. Rumour has it that Willie Rampf argued for using Jello, but Mario put his foot down and is quoted as saying "Yes but Willie, pudding is much more tasty!".
Q: Your boss says that the team understood the problems and they will be solved soon...
Robert Kubica: I don't know what kind of problems we have and I am surprised what I hear. Even yesterday we didn't know what's going on. I will ask him.
I better laugh, cause otherwise 2009 for the Team would be for crying so much lol
Anyway, I think there there was a misundertsnading. Kubica thought mainly about the problems he had during the race, which aren't the same as what Mario was referring.
On the other hand Nick didn't suffer them and had an acceptable (for 2009 standards) pace.
So, I think RK had some sort of specific problem, quite strange indeed, as I mentioned somewhere else, probably related to set up stuff, as its very strange that he had massive front wear when in Hungary its normally the rears.
aka rolen,
You surely must know what pudding is ? If not you've missed some good desserts. There's, Chocolate, vanilla, and so on. There's a famous type called Yorkshire pudding. Google them,
At any rate when someone makes pudding it can taste excellent or it can be not so good. Hence the phrase arose "The proof will be in the pudding" meaning is the pudding good or bad tasting. That phrase has jumped over into other usage's such as," We are building a new wing for the car, do you think it will work better than the old wing ?
An aero guy may say, Well the proof my be in the pudding. Rather tan saying "we will have to walt and see."

Barteks, thanks. SO that means there a total lack of proper communication inside the team, or at least between RK and the management...ro Mario was simply selling us some more PR.
Coming races pace should show which is the case
ABout the front wing, it may be that the shoe box is not that bad after all, ha!
