What does BMWSauberF1 Teams latest nugget mean?

I think we need to look at this press release indepth, and try to see exactly what is being said (or not said), to figure out a curious comment by Dr. Theissen at the end of his statement.
Well...got home today after work, and did the same old, same old I usually do...in that I check out all the latest news in F1.
I check out four different sites-PlanetF1, ITV, Pitpass, and Grandprix...in that order. Every day.
Soooo, today was a bit of a shock!Injured JV replaced by Kubica!
What does it mean?
We have to look to BMWSauberF1 Teams Official press release to try to understand what we've got here.
Test driver Kubica replaces Villeneuve in Budapest.
Munich/Hinwil, 1st August 2006.
The BMW Sauber F1 Team will take their place on the grid for the Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest this coming weekend with a different driver line-up. After his accident at the German Grand Prix last weekend Canadian driver Jacques Villeneuve will not be racing. Test and reserve driver Robert Kubica will take his place. He will be the first Pole ever to contest a Formula One grand prix.
BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen said: “Jacques has informed us that he is not ready to race after his Hockenheim accident. Robert has made an outstanding impression with the team so far, both in testing and on the Friday of the race weekends. Now we will see how he performs in a Formula One race. However, we have not yet made a decision on who will drive the car either in the remaining races of the season or next year.”
21-year-old Kubica is looking forward to the new challenge: “I had prepared myself for a whole year without actually competing in any races, so I’m even happier to get this opportunity. And I’m proud that the BMW Sauber F1 Team has such confidence in me. I’m determined not to let them down.”
This is the exact same email I recieved from the Team, and posted earlier...minus all the logos and stuff (Robert's Bio).

OK...why? Injury sustained in the accident? What kind of injury...and where is it situated? How severe is it?
Maybe JV has Diahrea...and won't be able to contain himself through a full race without making a huge poopy in his Nomex?
A cd release party in Kamloops?
Hemmoroids?

Robert has indeed made a great impression with his Friday driving at GP weekends (can't really say much about the other...I'm not privy to them!).
And yes indeedy...we shall trully see how Robert manages a GP!
But this was the nugget that caught my eye...and needs to be looked into a little further;

I can take this statement in like five different ways.
1. JV is sooo badly injured...he may not make it back.
2. This is BMWSauberF1 Teams gentil method of replacing a driver.
3. JV is playing a head game...the injury, and forcing BMWSauberF1 Team to actually use their Friday and Test driver in a race to force a contract decision.
4. A reminder of who's boss when making statements about their future uncompetitivness in Hungary.
5. He really does have a cd-release party in Kamloops!
I'm sure that most of you can come up with even more 'insights' than I did, adding to the list.
My reason in writing this editorial, was that even though the Team Statement seemed to answer a couple of questions...it seemed to me to ask a whole load more questions!
Personally, I'm just happy to see it was't a friggen tennis 'injury'.
That one's been done to death!
