Trulli gets a podium as Alonso finishes 4th

The Renault F1 team can savour the podium again after Jarno Trulli finished 3rd today just behind Montoya and David Coulthard. The Italian took advantage of an earlier mistake by Alonso as well as a rear tyre puncture of Michael Schumacher who was running 2nd and ended up 7th.
Juan Pablo Montoya won with more than 65 seconds ahead of David Coulthard.
Jarno Trulli fighted a great race and was able to retain the thrid position with a late battel with his teammate, Fernando Alonso who finished 4th just 0.2 seconds from his teammate.
Behind Alonso, finished Panis on 5th in front of his teammate Cristiano Da Matta who finished 6th.
Michael Schumacher that was able to overtake Jarno Trulli for the sedcond position suffered a puncture and was forced to pit loosing time and finishing 7th.
The final point position was taken by Jenson Button on his BAR honda.
The start of the race was thrilling as ralf Schumacher made a wrong move taking out Rubens Barrichello and Kimi Raikkonen and causing a pile that took 6 drivers out.
