Webber leads on qual 1 thanks to the rain!

Rubens Barrichello was the only driver to show in the rain his true potential as he led Raikkonen and the rest of the top drivers by more than 1 second. The top position was achieved by Webber taking advantage of the better conditions later on in the session.
The early phases of todays qual effort were filled with pouring rain. Button was the first to experience it by having an off and halting the session for five minutes.
After the stop a hint of a race line started to appear and the times where easier to achieve, as Webber, Pizzonia and Panis showed.
Both Renault drivers took it easy in this session and they finished in 9th and 12th place 3 seconds away of Webber's time.
Webber topped the sheets after a great lap that could have been helped by the easier weather conditions.
Williams' drivers were in another league as they finished on the back of the field not setting competitive times. Montoya was clearly slower this time as he finished 17th.
