Valencia Test - 28/1/04

Team SAUBER PETRONAS continued its three-day test at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo today. Felipe Massa covered 53 laps in chassis C23-02 to set a best time of 1:10.631. Tomorrow Giancarlo Fisichella will take over the driving.

Today was not our lucky day. In the morning we experienced a mechanical problem which was the reason why Felipe couldn´t run too many laps for us. Therefore we had to adapt our test schedule for today and only concentrated on Bridgestone tyre construction and compounds work. As a result of the interruption we didn´t manage to complete our whole programme for today.
