Fisichella Continuing to do well with New Team

Team SAUBER PETRONAS continued its three-day test at the Circuito de Catalunya today. Giancarlo Fisichella covered 83 laps in chassis C22-05 to set a best time of 1:18.246.

Jacky Eeckelaert (Chief Race Engineer): In the morning we concentrated on aerodynamic measurements in order to check the correlation of the data on the track with the one in the wind tunnel. In the afternoon we tested some new brake materials and finished the day with a tyre test programme for Bridgestone. Although this was only Giancarlo´s second day with the team, it felt as if he has been around for a long time. It´s a real pleasure to work with him.
