On the M8 Eastbound, you pass the Showcase Cinema at Coatbridge. The next cutoff after this is the one signposted for East Kilbride, Carlisle, Strathclyde Park. DO NOT TAKE THIS. Shortly after this, you go past Shanks and McEwan on the LHS. Take the cut off to left straight after it heading for CARNBROE. Be carefeul not to miss it as it is straight after Shanks and McEwan. Follow the road until you come to a roundabout - go straight through it. Go straight through the next mini-roundabout (should be a school on your LHS). Follow the road until you come to a chapel on the RHS - the dressing rooms are to the right just after it.

Direction from Edinburgh

On the M8 heading west towards Glasgow..... Go past :- Junction 6; the next cut off for Newhouse, Holytown etc; and the next cut off for Chungwa and Eurocentral. The next cut off is for the A725 - Do not take the first slip road which will have you heading for East Kilbride, Carlisle, Strathclyde Park etc - go under the bridge and take the next one heading for Coatbridge. Once on the A725, drive over the M8, and then come back onto it heading East. Once back on the M8 heading East, take the first cut off signposted for CARNBROE (be careful not to go into the Shanks and McEwan factory which is immediately before it.). Carry straight on this road, go straight through the first roundabout, and also the next mini roundabout (should be a school on your LHS). Shortly after the mini roundabout, you will pass a chapel on the RHS. The changing rooms are immediately after this also on the RHS.
