James Toseland is to stay at Ducati in WSBK

Newly crowned World Superbike Champion James Toseland will be staying with the factory Ducati team for the 2005 season, possibly alongside this year’s team-mate Régis Laconi.

When I talked to James at the NEC Exhibition he told me it was an almost certainty that he would be staying with the team for next year, and was just awaiting the final decision to be made, but was 99% sure that he was staying - with just a few niggles to be ironed out.

Although it is not sure where Régis will be for next year as he has not, as yet, made his mind up.
