German motorsport magazine 'Motor Sport Aktuell' has reported that Toyota ace Jarno Trulli has a new race engineer after Finn Ossi Oikarinen left the Toyota team.

The magazine says that Oikarinen left the team to work with a fellow Finn, either Kimi Raikkonen who joins Ferrari next season or Renault hotshot Heikki Kovalinen who steps up from the test team. Oikarinen joined Toyota in 2000 when the Formula operation started before Toyota joined the F1 Cicrus in 2002 and worked with Jarno Trulli since the Italian joined Toyota from Renault in late September 2004. One of Jarno's assistant engineers, Gianluca Pisanello, will step into the role left by Oikarinen for the rest of the 2006 season.

From all at TotallyToyota F1 we wish Ossi Oikarinen the best for his future.
