Sebastian completed the final day of the Jerez test with the focus again being on understanding the new Pirelli tyres.

Vettel completed 90 laps, recording a best time of 1:22.222. The quickest driver of the day was Williams' Rubens Barrichello with a fastest lap of 1:19.832.

As well as completing longer runs to evaluate the new tyres and their durability, the team tested aerodynamic components and development suspension parts.

At the end of the four-day test, Ian Morgan, our Head of Race Engineering, said: “It’s been a pretty solid test overall. We’ve got some good mileage and the car has been reliable. Our main focus during the test has been on understanding the tyres and how to get the best from them and I think we’ve made some good progress with that.”

There's now a short break before testing begins again further north in Barcelona on Friday (February 18).
