Engine changes confirmed

The WilliamsF1 team has taken the decision to change both the engines of Mark Webber's and Nico Rosberg's FW28's prior to qualifying for the 2006 European Grand Prix. This will see both drivers incur ten place penalties on the European Grand Prix grid.

The problem is believed to relate to the engines piston rods. Engine maker Cosworth is not in a position to come up with a quick fix to the problem.
