German GP: FP3 sees improvment from Williams Martini

Team Summary:
Both Williams Martini drivers would complete their installation laps for the Saturday practice session with both using the medium tyre for their single lap runs. Both Williams drivers would complete short runs on the supersoft tyre and with fifteen minutes of the session completed Valtteri was still first ahead of Felipe, Verstappen, Perez, Alonso and Hulkenberg. But as others went faster Valtteri and Felipe would drop to sixth and seventh with the pair having pitted and coming back out foir a longer run on their supersoft tyre.

Quickest a this time was Rosberg with a 1m:15.738 followed by Hamilton, Vettel, Verstappen, Raikkonen, and Ricciardo sixth. On what was most likely his qualifying run Valtteri would move up to fifth. Of the top ten only Ricciardo in seventh had set his time on the soft tyre. More drivers were coming out with ten minutes remaining. Raikkonen had moved up to third, 1m:15.902, but a short while after Ricciardo would c0mpleet a supersoft tyre run and set a 1m:15.837 to be third. Valtteri and Felipe would drop to seventh and eighth. A significant improvement from both drivers over their Friday form.

Valtteri Bottas:
After his installation lap Valtteri would take to the track running on new supersoft tyres and with his first lap he would go quickest with a 1m:16.889. Valtteri would drop to sixth having completed a short run on the supersoft followed by a longer one having completed fifteen laps so far. With twenty minutes remaining Valtteri was back out on a news et of supersoft tyres. Valtteri would go quickest in the final sector setting a 1m:16.400 to move up to fifth. Valtteri would drop to sixth one place ahead of his team-mate as he continued on his run. He would run wide at Turn seventeen but was able to continue. As the session ended Valtteri would complete twelve laps on this set of tyres.

Felipe Massa:
Felipe would have to wait a bit longer but would eventually would come out for his first run also on the supersoft tyre. Felipe would go second on his first run with a time of 1m:16.979 and would pit after a short run of four laps. Felipe would also return and would complete a longer run completing thirteen laps prior to pitting. Felipe would follow his team-mate out for his qualifying simulation and would improve with a 1m:16.630 to be seventh. Currently eighth and Felipe had completed eleven laps.
