Bahrain GP: Further points for Williams Martini

By Andrew Hooper
April 4 2016

The results for the 2016 Bahrain GP would see the Williams Martini team secure further points with 8th and 9th place finishes. Felipe Massa would finish ahead of his team-mate but it was not the race that the Williams team had hoped for. Valtteri would be involved in a first corner incident that would see him receive a drive through penalty seeing him drop down the order. Also both drivers suffered from a lack of pace which surprised the team, in particular their lack of pace on the medium tyre. Despite this the team is still positive as they prepare for China.
