The Williams F1 team has unveiled the final livery for their new FW31. Previous photos of the 2009 colours were of a 2008 FW30. During recent testing the FW31 was displayed in a plain blue livery. The team used a media day at their factory on Thursday to show off the definitive 2009 colour scheme in which the FW31 will compete in the forthcoming season.

Looks good - still some gaps on the car for this upgraded sponsor to be added and a fuel supplier

I was wondering what was going on re those V horns. A week or so ago there was talk about what Williams did when the rule about raised cockpit sides came in. Do I detect a bit of innovation, or is it a wee ploy to get other teams rushing to make their own?
I like the lighter colour blue and the reduction of white. Less and less like the perennial BMW.

Maybe it's the lighting, but that blue looks a lot more brilliant than the last several years to me.

I LOVE that blue, reminds me of the good old Damon Hill days and the Rothmans Williams cars.
