In uncertain times, this is good news.
Williams and proud of it.

I thought they were to leave us for BMW, it's good news indeed, anyway they may not pay too much as their logo doesn't even appear on the car

Bravo, well done SFW and team Willy.
I remember the article on sponsorship return on investment a few months ago. Williams was near the top in most categories. It was a surprise to many, including me.
I get the feeling that the marketing dept. at Grove is really focused on giving top notch personalized programs to their sponsors. I feel it's more of a boutique-ish operation, the old and trusted F1 team that treats partners extremely well and will bend over backwards for them.
anyhow. Great news. Good for allianz, good for Williams, good for us.

Good news indeed. I supect this is a small sum but Allianz bring good people into the paddock club / williams paddock operation and that is what Williams must continue to attract. They need to keep a portfolio of blue chip commercial sponsors so networking opportunities are presented to other potential sponsors.
NB the small print failed to mention petrobras as a 10- year sponsor so i think you can take it that they are gone!
