Rosberg tenth in final Chinese Friday Practice

AT&T Williams driver Nico Rosberg would finish tenth in the final Friday practice session for the 2008 Chinese GP. Kazuki Nakajima would finish in sixteenth in a session that saw both drivers improve on their earlier practice times but would only see Nico move up the order from fifteenth to tenth. Kazuki would spin his FW30 in the session, along with other drivers as they struggled for grip.

After finishing outside the top ten in the opening Friday practice session the AT&T Williams team would see an improvement from one of their drivers with Nico Rosberg finishing in tenth after the final Friday practice session. Team-mate Kazuki Nakajima was sixteenth at the end of the session.

RosbergBoth drivers were able to improve on their earlier times, with Nico improving by over a second. Nico was fourth for most of the session and it was only in the later minutes of the session when running on the softer tyre that other drivers moved ahead.

Kazuki would spend a time in his pit while his mechanics worked on his car. Kazuki would spin his FW30 late in the session as he tried to improve on what was at the time twelfth position. Several drivers would find the going difficult with the lack of grip seeing the likes of Barrichello, Bourdais, Raikkonen, Piquet, Vettel, and Hamilton would either spin or run wide. Bourdais would spin his car into the gravel ending his session.
