Dutch GP: Promising pace from Atlassian Williams Racing
By Williams Racing
August 30 2025
Despite finishing Friday practice in 16th and 17th there were promising signs for both Atlassian Williams Racing drivers Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon. Both drivers would see their Friday sessions impacted by various moments from VSC to Red Flags such that neither could get in a clean soft tyre run. Even Alex was to produce his own Red Flag going off and getting stuck in the gravel at Turn 1, in what was a minor accident with little damage. But his Red Flag ruined the final run of team-mate Carlos. But both drivers were encouraged by the performance of the FW47 and are aiming for Q3 appearances in qualifying.
