British GP: Williams drivers fail to improve in FP2

Neither of the AT&T Williams drivers would improive their positions in the times after the second Friday practice session for the 2010 British Grand Prix. Rubens Barrichello would finish in tenth while team-mate Nico Hulkenberg was two places back in twelfth. Despite this the team was happy with the improvements to the FW32 that were introduced for this race.

After seeing their drivers finishing in seventh and tenth positions after the opening Friday practice the AT&T Williams team would be hoping for an improvement in the second session. The team would continue with the improvements for their FW32, including their blown diffuser.

HulkenbergThe session would commence with Nico suffering a gearbox oil leak but it was fixed without Nico losing too much time. By the end of the session it would be Rubens who would finish ahead of Nico with the pair in tenth and twelfth. Such were the results with the new updates the Williams team decided to continue with them for the rest of the weekend.

Again both Williams drivers were some time of the pace, around 1.8 seconds, so the prospects for the rest of the weekend were looking far from promising.
