According to numerous web based sources debate over Narain Karthikeyan's future is favouring a Midland F1 race seat. Only a few days ago Dutchman Christijan Albers was confirmed by the team sparking renewed interest in the popular Indian F1 rookie.
Fuel has been added to the debate fire by a news item in 'The Hindu' newspaper, which is reportedly well connected to sources in the Karthikeyan camp, stating that Narian's name is one of three on a shortlist of names to take the second race seat at Midland.
2005 Jordan driver Tiago Monteiro is also hotly debated to take the seat, but Midland PR are maintaining a stoney silence to any enquiries. I guess we'll know, when we know...
