As we reported yesterday, after Auto Motor und Sport informations, the current BMW Sauber did submit an entry for the 13th slot of 2010 that had been left empty after BMW's withdrawal announcement. However, as well, Mario Theissen confirmed to journalist Lee Mckenzie that the Concorde Agreement hasn't been signed yet. So it's just delaying the final outcome and the team's fate. Fingers crossed!
Special thanks to Lee for writing it on twitter!
