Testing times from Silverstone - Day Two

World Championship leader Fernando Alonso topped the timing sheets on the second day of testing from the Silverstone circuit ahead of Red Bull driver Vitantonio Liuzzi. Giancarlo Fisichella managed to get the R25 into fourth place on the timing sheets

Fernando Alonso was completing tyre testing for the team while Fisichella was testing the revised aero and engine modifications that will be used by the Renault team in the remaining races in order to catch the Mclaren in terms of speed and be able to keep them behind in the constructors championship.
