The British Superbike series 2005 will have a new title this year. After the successful Think! government backed series of last year, Bennett’s Insurance Services will be the title sponsor for this year.
Unveiled in Trafalgar Square by Neil Hodgson at the weekend, as the “Best Of British” sponsorship deal, Neil said he felt the deal was good for the championship.
The managing director of Bennett’s was delighted with the deal and said that the group would do all it could to make it successful - “The championship has a great future and we are proud to be sponsoring the series.”
He went on to say that they will be investing a substantial amount of time and money into their sponsorship, working with the organisers, media and fans - “The championship will benefit greatly from our involvement.”
Managing director of the series’ promoters, Dorna, said he was delighted with the announcement.
Bennett’s have already been actively involved in the series by sponsoring riders, along with individual events, throughout the BSB series and will be a welcoming sponsor for 2005.
