NORA Supermoto - Anglesey preview

Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July 2003: The fifth round of the British NORA Championship takes place this weekend at Anglesey Racing Circuit. With a packed entry for this weekend’s race in the 450 and Open Classes, the racing is bound to be as heated as ever.

The two main challengers will be current British Champion Warren Steele and factory KTM mounted rider Ady Smith. Leighton Haigh and Christian Iddon will be missing the race this weekend; Leighton is still recovering from the massive crash he had at Blyton, breaking his collarbone, and Christian is competing in the World Supermoto event.

Ady was on fine form at the last Championship event, dominating throughout the weekend, but Warren, Andy Mitchell, Nigel Scott and Rob Cross pushed him hard. All will be out in force to try and gain the race wins.
