Rain likely for Belgian Qualifying

With the Friday practice for the Belgian Grand Prix affected by heavy rain there has been much discussion regarding the weather conditions and whether it will have an impact on qualifying and the race.

Currently the weather at Spa is cloudy but of more concern is the predication of rain at 1PM today, right when qualifying is expected to start. As for Sunday there are no predictions of rain but it will be cloudy with temperatures around 15 degrees Celcius.
