Pizzonia on stand-by for San Marino GP.

With both BMW WilliamsF1 team drives recovering from injuries team test driver Antonio Pizzonia has been told by the team that he is on stand-by for this weekend's San Marino Grand Prix.

But it should be emphasised that this is very much a precautionary measure.
Mark Webber is recovering from a rib injury while Nick Heidfeld was forced to leave the team recent test at Paul Ricard complaining of back pains.

In an interview with Speed TV Antonio said: "I have been requested to be at Imola, ready to race in case one of the drivers is not in the best physical condition.

"In case they need me, I'm prepared to do my best to score points for our team."
