Mark WebberBut with the start of the new year Mark has now become an official member of the team. In the teams recent launch at Bahrain Mark could wear his teams colours for the first time.

At the recent launch in Bahrain  Mark spoke of his happiness of been a member of the BMW WilliamsF1 team.

Mark said: "Apart from having enjoyed the last two action-packed days here in Bahrain, I am the happiest man in the world to be a member of the BMW WilliamsF1 Team. I am already very pleased with the work that has been done during pre-Christmas testing. Everybody in the team is working night and day because we want to win. Apart from the test sessions, preparation work for the launch of the FW27 at the end of the month is running flat out."

All the team has to do now is make a decision regarding who will join Mark as the teams second race driver. The choice is down to either Pizzonia of Heidfeld.
