First laps for Webber with WilliamsF1

New WilliamsF1 driver Mark Webber would complete his first laps with the BMW WilliamsF1 Team, at the start of the teams test at the Circuit de Catalunya in Spain. On Wednesday the team will start their testing programme.

 

 

  
Barcelona Test 23:11:2004 Day One
 
The BMW WilliamsF1 team would return to the Circuit de Catalunya to commence their five day test session. 2005 driver mark Webber was present, as he was allowed by Jaguar to start work with the WillimasF1 team despite the fact that he is still under contract with Jaguar.

Mark WebberThe day would only see the teams new driver Mark Webber take to the track for only four laps. For Mark it was a time simply to make sure that he was able to familiarise himself with the FW26 and ensure that such things as his seat weer correct. Mark would only run in the afternoon, driving with no sponsors logos on either his driving overalls or helmet.

The team will begin their testing programme on Wednesday.
