For BMW WilliamsF1 driver Juan Pablo MOntoya he has not lost any of his motivation as he prepares for the next Grand Prix at the Imola circuit. It is very much a case of working harder to close the gap to the teams main competition.

| This
weekend sees the BMW WilliamsF1 team return to Europe for the San Marino
Grand Prix. The first three races of the season were all fly-away races and
the results, despite several retirements, were encouraging for the team.
On the BMW WilliamsF1 web site Juan Pablo spoke of his feelings as he goes into this weekends race. He said: "We will just keep working hard. When the time comes to win, whenever it will be, we will be there." As for the new FW26 Juan
Pablo added: "Our car is not uncompetitive - we were second in
Malaysia and we both finished in the points in Australia - so the car is
good, but at the moment it is not yet a winning machine. Let's hope that
changes soon." |

The
last race in Bahrain would see Juan Pablo Montoya retire from third place
with a gearbox problem. This must have been disappointing for the Colombian,
but has this seen a lessening of his motivation to win not likely.
