After just a one week break the AT&T Williams team moves to Monaco for the 2010 Monaco GRand Prix. Monaco is a race on its own with the circuit demanding a softer set-up than usual and maximum downforce. The Williams team will be making some significant changes to the FW32 to cope with the demands of this street circuit, as the work towards a good result.

this is the second race in succession when we will be making some significant changes to the car, although some of these updates will not carry through to the rest of the season with the possible exception of Singapore.
et voila.

Crusty you and ,pgj Seem like really nice and even tempered guys, and you give us good information and thoughts to chew over , but your optimism for me somtimes is a bit OTT, considering that williams have not shown any improvment so far this season , and the updates they are bringing are not really doing much at all.
Anyway no doubt i will be watching, and waiting for Ruby to say yes now this is working, but given that Monaco is a one off race, it may not mean much even if we get a good result.
Turkey is where i will be taking note of our performance not Monaco.
Anyway guys keep up the good work and your feedback is always read with interest.

lol, and I find your frustration a bit ott, but that is just because we are coming at it from different angles.
Im not happy with where we are, and it can't continue for much longer either without permanent damage being done, but for the sake of sanity, you cannot agonise over where the team used to be. Take it race by race. This team was capable of improvements in the past, and they are capable of making improvements in future. This team is capable of integrating engines successfully too. Just because it isn't happening right now doesn't mean things can't get better. Cosworth have not, from what I have heard made any performance improvements as yet. The first step is in Turkey. This team was floundering on the fringes of the top ten in Barcelona last year before turning it around for Turkey. This is why I am not throwing in the towel.
One driver spitting the dummy doesn't mean the end.
