Track ads must be removed.

Grand Prix Drivers’ Association (GPDA) Chairman Michael Schumacher has come out making it clear that the drivers want the the controversial Foster’s track advertisements to be removed from the track surface at Spa.

These advertisements appeared first at the Hungarian Grand Prix and at that time BMW WilliamsF1 driver Ralf Schumacher expressed his concern.

"Along with the other drivers we have asked for the track advertising to be removed," Schumacher said.

"There is often a chance of rain here and we know from the pedestrian crossings on the Monaco track how slippery this paint can be."
