Thick Grooves for Red Bull Racing

People in the Red Bull Racing garage havve been talking about "thick grooves" addding a little something to the Red Bull party. This however has nothing to do with Bridgestone tyres, but is a reference to rap star Common, who is a guest of the team and will be appearing at the Red Bull season launch party in downtown Melbourne.
To those of you now saying “who” which is quite possibly all those of you over the age of 25, Common is a rap artist, formerly known as Common Sense. According to one web site review, “Though he's been pigeonholed as a mellow Jazz Rap minimalist, he's got enough consciousness-stirring lyrics to make a listener sit up and think as they nod to his thick grooves.” Members of the F1 fraternity will be able to find out just how thick are those grooves, as Common is the star turn at tonight’s Red Bull season-opening party which takes place in downtown Melbourne. This morning, Common and a very small, by rap artist standards, entourage were given the full Red Bull Racing garage.

Those of us not on the guest list can samplewhat we are missing at http://www.myspace.com/common
