McLaren Cleared Of Espionage Charges

Thankfully the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes formula one team have been let off any punishment from the latest espionage challenge from main rivals Ferrari. The team have been cleared of any immediate charges but, it the team are found to have gained significantly with the help of the illegal dossier, penalties and punishments could be set for the Woking team.
McLaren suspended their cheif designer after major aligations were put against the Woking based team, after Mike Coughlan was revealed to have excepted a 780 page dossier that contained important technical information regarding Ferrari's F2007 car.
The World Motorsports council said there was "insufficent evidence" it had affected this year's championship.
If the McLaren team are found to have gained pace or inteligence from the illegal information, the team can be fined either points, money or a championship ban.
