No Villeneuve, No Epsilon

Current rumours in the F1 paddock suggests that FIA has decided to go ahead with the 2011 season with only 12 teams.
This suggest that, the only two team in contention for the 13th place on the grid viz., Epsilon Euskadi and the Villeneuve-Durango alliance, won't get a chance to debut next year.
The reason cited, according to the rumours, is that the F1's governing body has concluded that neither of the two teams have a strong enough combination of engineering and financial resource.
While the FIA is believed to have made the decision one week ago, a formal decision is believed to be published after Friday's regular meeting of the World Motor Sport Council in Como (Italy).
