Proof to me that he has not been trying properly previously. He announces his retirement and ups his game for his reputation sake! Good riddance!

Did Massa win a single race for Williams? I can't think of one?

Nop, not a Williams fan just a follower then.
Any decent Williams fan knows when the team last win was.

It was ok and there is a forecast of wer qualifying which is strangely a good news for us.Renault looks to be not a treat too.
All set for a good clean weekend to secure 5th this weekend to give us a good testing time in AbuZabi for Kubica.

Are we mathematically secure for 5th? Probably not. But realistically it's a tall order for Renault. Reliability is terrible . . . for RBR and STR too.

Both Renault and STR could be jumped by Haas with a little luck.

Good performance by Felipe. Hopefully he will have a successful farewell.

I think our gap is twenty-something and Massa looks on form here.another outscore of Renault or even not losing points to them this weekend, can secure 5th for us.still not mathematically but you know Renaults won't finish 1-2 anyway so...yes, there's a good chance to bring in whoever wants to race in that seat for a proper test in next race.

Rumour has it - see the Kubica thread - that Robert will only drive in the test after the race. I think this could well be an insurance issue. I'm sure they'd love to put him in the car if it was possible. Would alleviate some nagging doubts.

Stroll still 7 tenths off Massa. 'Traffic spoiled his best lap'. Hmmmmm.
